What is a pod?
A pod is a small, focused engineering team assembled for your sprint. No account managers, no project coordinators - just engineers who build and a sprint lead who keeps things moving.
Lead Engineer
Owns architecture, code quality, and delivery. Senior level - minimum 5 years with the relevant stack.
AI Specialist
Handles LLM integration, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and agentic systems. Embedded on AI-heavy sprints.
QA & DevOps
Writes tests, manages CI/CD, handles infra provisioning. Every sprint ships with passing test coverage.
Sprint Lead
Your single point of contact. Manages scope, unblocks the pod, and runs the daily update. Not an account manager - an engineer.
How a sprint runs
Scope call
We run a structured session to define exactly what gets built. Output: a written scope document, a fixed price, and a start date. No ambiguity, no surprises.
Sprint kickoff
Your pod is assigned. We set up a shared Slack channel, a live sprint board, and agree on the daily async standup format. Development begins the same day.
Build & iterate
The pod builds. You get daily updates in Slack. You can see commits, tests, and deployments in real time. No black box - you always know where we are.
Ship to production
We deploy to your production environment. You get a walkthrough, documentation, and full code ownership transfer. The sprint closes when it is live - not when it is 'done'.
What we commit to
7-day delivery or full refund
If we miss the sprint deadline for any reason within our control, you pay nothing. We have never triggered this clause.
Fixed price, fixed scope
We will never bill you beyond the agreed amount. Scope changes go into the next sprint - not onto your invoice.
Production, not prototype
We close every sprint with a live deployment. No handoff of 'almost ready' code. If it is not deployed, the sprint is not done.
You own everything
All code, models, pipelines, and infrastructure configs are transferred to you at sprint close. No licensing, no lock-in.
